My favorite line: "Lastly, as women let’s remind ourselves that if you feel you are not getting the respect you deserve, take a long hard look at yourself and ask yourself the following questions: Are you acting, talking, dressing and behaving in a way that commands respect?"

This is a wonderful (and important!) article. Very on point!

So many folks wonder why they aren't getting the man/job/life/whatever that they want.... but fail to realize that it could be what they are putting out there that is holding them back. If you want to one day become CEO.... if you have to act/walk/dress like a CEO (even as a regular employee) and the higher-ups will recognize that CEO potential in you and it will eventually come to you. If you skulk around acting a fool with your co-workers, you may not climb much further in that company. Likewise, if you want to one day become "the wife," you have to act like a wife (and carry yourself as such) rather than acting like a whore.... and expecting a man to wanna wife you up. And the list goes on.
